In compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the data released by the Principal will be used by the Politecnico di Milano - Infrastructures, Estates and General Services - Quality Assurance Service, also with the aid of electronic and automated means, for accounting, administrative and statistical purposes, as well as for information on initiatives of the SQuA. The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties, except to fulfil any necessary contractual or legal obligations. It is the Principal's right to freely control, update, modify or cancel the data and to oppose processing of the data pursuant to the aforementioned Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679. The data controller is the Politecnico di Milano in the person of the pro-tempore Rector. The data processor is the Politecnico di Milano - Infrastructures, Estates and General Services in the person of the Director General. To eliminate data in the databases of the SQuA, the Principal has to send a written request, also via email.
